Job Role and Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
* Dealing with customer queries both in-store and over the phone.
* Product knowledge across a wide range of clothing/footwear/sports equipment
* Cash handling/Card transactions - managing point of sales process.
* Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
* Manage internal transfers between stores.
* Visual merchandising of stock displays.
* Stock management
* General cleaning/housekeeping duties - maintaining store standards.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in all job training.
Essential:
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent essential.
* It is essential the candidate has proven experience within sales, retail or customer service. A minimum of 2 years previous experience would be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The capacity to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic administration skills/computer literate.
* A willingness to follow orders.
* Problem solving skills and the ability to use own initiative.
* Must be fully flexible including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
