Field Sales Specialist Location Field Based Northern Ireland (Head Office - Technology Park, Antrim) Contract Full Time 37 hours - Monday to Friday Salary Basic £26,000 plus commission bonus, OTE of £34,000 uncapped Car allowance £4,300 pa (plus mileage) About the Role We are working on behalf of Power NI, part of Energia Group, Northern Irelands most trusted energy supplier, and have exciting opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Specialists to join their Sales and Retention team. Reporting to the Field Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in acquiring new domestic and commercial energy customers across Northern Ireland. What Youll Be Doing As a Field Sales Specialist, you will: Acquire new customers through door-to-door sales across Northern Ireland Promote and sell their energy products and services to a high professional standard Schedule and attend customer appointments to discuss energy solutions Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an excellent sales experience Represent the company as a professional brand ambassador in every interaction What Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in a target-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a field-based role Full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle Desirable Experience Knowledge or experience within the Northern Ireland domestic or commercial energy market Why Join Us?
