The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
* Support each child's learning, development, and well-being
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and plan next steps to help every child reach their full potential
* Be part of a reflective team that values ideas, creativity, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* A genuine passion for early education and child development
* A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
