Business Development Intern Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid with client meetings) Sector: Healthcare Business Development & Partnership Management Duration: 3-6 months Hours: 20 hours per week Compensation: Commission-based on paying customers acquired Job Description Join White Cross Clinic as a Business Development Intern and gain valuable experience in healthcare partnerships, corporate sales, and strategic relationship building. This role is perfect for ambitious students looking to understand B2B healthcare services and partnership development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to NHS GP practices to establish referral partnerships (25 practices weekly) Research and approach corporate clients for workplace health screening contracts (15 companies weekly) Develop compelling partnership proposals and service packages Support business meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations Maintain comprehensive CRM database of prospects and partners Conduct market research and competitive analysis Follow up on leads and proposals to maximize conversion rates Assist in creating corporate health service packages and pricing strategies Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and outcomes Requirements: Currently studying Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) Research and analytical capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Understanding of B2B sales processes Professional demeanor suitable for healthcare sector interactions Ability to build relationships and maintain professional networks Interest in healthcare industry and business strategy What You'll Gain: Experience in healthcare business development Understanding of NHS partnerships and healthcare procurement B2B sales and negotiation skills Corporate relationship management experience Commission-based compensation with performance rewards Insight into healthcare start-up operations and strategy Application Process How to Apply: Send your CV, cover letter, and brief portfolio (where applicable).
