Job Description
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
* Lead the strategic planning process to align with the company's growth.
* Ensure healthy cash flow to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.
* Provide detailed insights into costs, ensuring profitability as the business scales.
* Take the lead on preparing and managing budgets and forecasts to guide the business forward.
* Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis.
* Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles.
* Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
* Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
