Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
* Ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and work collaboratively with your team
* Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
