We've got two exciting Marketing Executive roles up for grabs on fixed term contract s - one focused on spreading the word about our brilliant Brand campaigns (especially our much-loved Festive breaks!), and the other all about creating the on-park materials that help guests make the most of their time with us, from menus to signage. What You'll Be Doing: - Creating and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that support our guests, owners and park teams - from big brand moments like Festive breaks to on-park materials like signage, menus and guides. - Working closely with a wide range of teams - from creatives and content writers to insights, finance and external agencies - to make sure every campaign is effective, on-brand and guest-focused. - Getting involved in the full campaign journey, from planning and briefing to creative reviews and performance reporting, helping us learn, improve and grow with every project. - Bringing the Haven brand to life through clear, consistent and creative copy and design that reflect our friendly, approachable personality across every channel and touchpoint. - Developing your marketing skills in a fully immersive role, gaining experience in content creation, campaign planning, budget management, industry trends and more - with loads of support along the way. What we're looking for: - A curious and creative marketer who may have some experience in consumer marketing - A great communicator and collaborator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders, bringing energy, positivity and our Breath of Fresh Air values to everything you do. - Effective planning and organisational skills, with a good understanding of multi-channel marketing, creative briefing, budget tracking and results-driven thinking. - A sharp eye for detail and proficiency in copy, with the ability to craft and review clear, engaging content and make sure everything stays on brand.
