About the Ro le We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Ellesmere Port. Supporting the sales department, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and providing a consistently high standard of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagu es. Responsibili ties Prepare and issue accurate quotations in response to customer enquiries. Process sales orders and manage them through to completion. Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries and lead times. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and escalating issues where appropriate. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order records within CRM and ERP systems. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Liaise with production, purchasing, logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfilment. Monitor order progress and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakehol ders. Qualifications Previous experience in a sales administration or similar administrativ e role. Required Skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience of CRM and ERP systems (such as SAP, Sage or Oracle).
