We are a 22 bedroom privately owned hotel, a short drive from the beautiful Lake District town of Ambleside. We have a thriving regular customer base which continues to expand and have a very well established and hands on team.
We are seeking a hard working individual on a part or full time basis to join our team. Shifts will be a mixture of split and straight shifts covering all working aspects of a front of house role.
Main Duties include but are not limited to reception including answering calls, taking bookings for the hotel, restaurant & bar, helping in the restaurant and bar, managing the shift and organising the team members on shift, opening the hotel, cashing up and locking up the hotel.
The successful candidate will be starting on £13.00 per hour. This will be reviewed after the first 3 months with us. Our appealing staff package also includes accommodation in our small staff house, which is situated within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Two FREE staff meals provided per day whether on shift or not. 28 days paid holiday, company pension scheme, staff discount, share of tips, festive staff party.
