Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP Time Functional Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming time management projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact programme, contributing to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management solutions.


Key Responsibilities

* Analyse and document business requirements related to time and attendance, including absences, overtime, and shift planning.
* Configure SAP Time Management (PT) including time schemas (PE01), rules (PE02), time types, absence types, and work schedules.
* Ensure integration with SAP Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
* Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
* Lead and support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT).
* Create system documentation and training materials.
* Provide post-go-live support and user training.
* Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
* Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP Time Management (PT) experience.
* Strong configuration skills in time schemas, rules, and schedules.
* Deep understanding of positive/negative time recording and time evaluation.
* Proven experience in full‑cycle SAP implementations.
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and translate technical details into plain language.


Desirable Qualifications

* SAP Time Management Certification.
* Experience with SAP HANA Time Management.
* Familiarity with xAtlas or similar third‑party systems.
* Background in similar industries.
* Project management or team leadership experience.
