An exciting opportunity for an apprentice to work alongside fully qualified parts advisors to be fully trained in sourcing and supplying parts for heavy vehicles.\n\nAll of our Parts Advisors will get the opportunity to attend the DAF Academy in Nottingham, England as part of their college course towards this qualification. You will attend the DAF Academy for approximately 3 days at a time roughly every 8-10 weeks and all of your travel, accommodation & food will be paid for by your employer. Safe storage of parts.\nHandling, storing and receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts.\nMonitoring and solving customer problems/enquiries and processing customerâs orders.\nThe parts advisor apprentice will be working with both customers and workshop staff, over the phone and face to face, using computerised stock management systems and parts identification programme - ECAT.\nA parts advisor apprentice will support the dealership, improve sales and provide excellent customer service.\n A keen interest in vehicles, the learner must be hard working and motivated with an interest to learn new skills, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written\r\n\r\nNational 4 PASS in English & Math's.
