Hydraquip is seeking a creative and data driven Digital Media Executive to support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role will play a key part in enhancing Hydraquip’s online presence, driving engagement, and improving ROI and lead generation across our service and product offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engaging content for Hydraquip’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, newsletters, flyers, and press releases. Collaborate with internal teams to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations) that showcases services, case studies, and branch updates. Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights; optimise campaigns to maximise engagement, conversions, and ROI. Manage and optimise website content and SEO performance, ensuring technical and on-page best practices are followed. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform digital strategy and support lead generation initiatives. Coordinate and execute paid advertising campaigns including PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a focus on measurable results and cost efficiency. Support the creation and distribution of targeted email and CRM campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp ensuring effective audience segmentation and follow-up. Align digital marketing activities with wider business goals, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure consistency and performance tracking. Skills & Experience 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on ROI, conversion rates, and lead metrics. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email automation tools. Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with paid media campaigns and performance tracking. Knowledge of B2B marketing and industrial sectors is a plus.
