Overview
We are seeking two experienced Senior Site Agents to support major infrastructure projects in the Oxford-Didcot area, with individual project values ranging from £30m to £150m. These positions will play a key role in delivering complex works to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site operations on large-scale highways and civil engineering projects.
* Oversee earthworks and utilities diversion activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
* Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and plant on site.
* Drive compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures.
* Liaise with the project manager, client representatives, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
* Ensure progress reporting, record keeping, and cost control measures are in place.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to site teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Agent / Senior Site Agent on major infrastructure schemes.
* Strong background in highways, earthworks, and utilities diversion works.
* Track record of managing projects with values in the tens to hundreds of millions.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Relevant industry qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering preferred).
* Ability to mobilise quickly and hit the ground running.

* 12-month contract - Inside IR35.
* Competitive day rates, negotiable based on experience.
* Immediate starts available (within the next 2 weeks).
