The Restaurant Bartender should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess expertise in preparing a variety of beverages. As a Restaurant Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, crafting delicious drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The Restaurant Bartender Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, origins, and recommended pairings, and be able to offer suggestions and recommendations to customers.
Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding alcoholic beverage service, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service when necessary.
