About The Role:
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively.
* Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Maintain a visible security presence and respond to security-related incidents.
* Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
* Train and mentor security staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Handle shift scheduling, reports, and key control procedures.
Requirements
* Valid SIA licence.
* Proven experience in security, with a supervisory or leadership background.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
* Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
* Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
