The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for sale, ensuring they are marketed effectively and professionally. Your role will include arranging viewings, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and acting as the key point of contact throughout the process. You’ll play a vital part in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Working closely with your team, you will strive to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining the high standards of service Poole Townsend is known for.
