Job Title: Strategy Director Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Director level or equivalent and has responsibility over a team. Location & Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in office in our Leeds office. The role We are looking for a Strategy Director to join SMG. More specifically, you'll have: Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen Track record of building successful brand strategies Able to distill complex data into sharp insights and into consumer centric strategies Leadership & Collaboration Experience leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments and delivering results through others Strong cross-functional collaboration experience Marketing & Media Expertise The ability to translate strategy into innovative campaigns and how to activate them across various media touchpoints and channels Knowledge of data/market research tools and multiple media channels P.s. we try really hard to make sure that we list only essential criteria here, BUT if you think you can do an amazing job, yet don't have every single thing on this list, we'd still love to hear from you.
