We are a fast growing Credit Control and Sheriff Officer company based in the south side of Glasgow, looking for the ideal candidate to join our team and assist with the development of our services. We can offer Flexible and Term Time hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Specification -
* Preparation of Legal Documents
* Draft and Production of Case Reports
* Liaising with solicitors and other third party suppliers
* Client liaison – operational level
* Managing inbox
* Inbound and Outbound Telephony - Clients and Customers
* Production of Management Reporting
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, great communicator with exceptional administration skills.
Knowledge and Experience of the Scottish Court process in relation to Actions for Payment of Money; Sheriff Officer procedures; Scottish Civil Enforcement and Pre and Post court action Collections Environment an advantage.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, essential.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
