I'm looking for 5 people to support on a call handling project with a trusted client of ours, a fantastic employer and well known in the community for the great team, atmosphere and training provided.
We've placed numerous people with them in temporary projects and have seen this act as either a great step into an office for school leavers or students, but equally just a great project to keep others busy who already have plenty of experience.
Responsibilities
* In this role typically you'd be taking inbound calls and would be processing payments, following what are quite scripted and simple calls - full training provided on how to structure these calls and use their phone and computer system too.
Schedule
* Working core hours: either 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
* Start date ideally Monday 27th October or during that week; initial placement is for 2 weeks, with potential for longer-term opportunities.
Compensation and Terms
* Weekly paid during temping, hourly rate £12.21 per hour + holiday pay accrual.
* Offices required: attendance in the Apsley area (Hemel Hempstead) daily; remote working is not an option.
* Credit check and DBS check required; these will be undertaken and paid for by an outsourced service provider if offered the role. Proof of ID and address will be requested as part of forms.
