Annual salary: £40,000 to £45,000
In-person 4-5 days a week | Office location: Notting Hill
Who we are
We’re building the leading group of private clinics in musculoskeletal (MSK) care across the UK by partnering with exceptional clinics and unlocking the full potential of their practices. We’ve grown to five clinics and are scaling quickly, expanding our capabilities at HQ and across the group.
Kinetico Co-Founders Claire Nesler and Yoni Wehbe met while studying at Harvard Business School and launched Kinetico Health in 2024 following careers in investment banking and private equity. As a key member of the founding team, you’ll be able to work closely with our Co-Founders while gaining hands-on exposure to the core operational engine of a buy-and-build venture – with an emphasis on optimising clinic operations and building scalable processes across the group.
The role
We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate – a high-impact generalist who wants to help build a healthcare platform from the ground up.
This role is intentionally broad; you’ll oversee four pillars of work:
* Operations support: Oversee marketing efforts, drive clinic optimisation projects on a daily basis, and provide hands-on operational support wherever it’s needed.
* Integration of newly acquired clinics: Lead integrations of newly acquired clinics, on-site change management efforts, and integration playbook development.
* Program development and roll out: Take ownership of new programs from pilot to implementation, and train clinic teams to ensure they actually stick.
* Performance and insights: Monitor clinic performance, dig into data to understand what’s driving results, and spot opportunities to unlock growth.
What you’ll do
* Lead and support high-priority projects across our growing group of clinics; driving initiatives from ambiguity to execution, building structure where needed
* Work closely with clinic teams to implement complex initiatives on the ground, which may involve travelling to sites
* Improve systems and processes to help the group scale effectively
* Work side-by-side with the Co-Founders and senior leaders on whatever the business needs most – from strategic projects to hands-on operational execution
* Collaborate with clinic teams to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions
* Bring organisation, clarity, and problem-solving to complex, cross-functional tasks
What we’re looking for
We’re less concerned with your background; we care more about how you think, operate, and communicate. You might be a great fit if you:
* Have a “can-do” attitude and will pitch in wherever you’re needed
* Thrive in ambiguity and can bring structure and clarity where none exists
* Communicate clearly – outstanding written and verbal communication skills are key
* Enjoy analysing data and solving problems
* Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, spotting opportunities to improve how we work
You might have a background in consulting, banking, start-ups, or operations – or you might simply have a track record of delivering exceptional work across varied roles.
