Registered Manager
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum D.E.O + Performance Related Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time Days
Join a leading care provider with 50 + homes and big plans for 2025! We're seeking a registered manager with NVQ Level 5 and residential care experience. The home supports elderly residents with dementia, respite, and general care.
The ideal registered manager will have a track record of good CQC results and the ability to maintain them.
Registered Manager Duties:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care
* Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse
* Manage all aspects of risk for service users
* Ensure proper medication management and documentation
* Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks
* Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
* Assess and meet residents' dietary needs
* Promote and organise social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:
* Must be a CQC Registered Manager
* NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
