Accounts Payable Assistant | £25,000-30,000 | Flintshire We are recruiting for a successful business based in Flintshire who are currently undergoing a very exciting journey. The finance function has grown significantly over the last 12-18 months and is now recruiting for their next member – an Accounts Payable Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for: Processing purchase ledger invoices – matching, batching and coding Dealing with supplier queries on invoices and look to get resolved in a timely and efficient manner Supplier statement reconciliations Setting up new suppliers on the system, verifying and requesting information Managing everything up to payment runs Processing expenses Other duties when requested to support the rest of the business For this role, you must have: Experience working in a purchase ledger role before Good systems knowledge, ideally ERP Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally as well as suppliers Motivation to learn and develop and be accountable for your own standards As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will get: Salary paying between £25,000-30,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Full time office but flexible working hours Study support and investment in your future progression On site parking
