Responsibilities
* To manage a portfolio of accounts by continuously building client relationships while maintaining the hotel culture and approach to sustain a high level of loyalty
* Prospecting, negotiating and contracting new corporate and leisure transient accounts
* Prospecting, negotiating, contracting and event managing financial roadshow bookings
* Using market intelligence reports and working with third parties to identify opportunities within your market segment and assess the potential for new accounts
* Daily site visits, offsite client meetings and presentations
* Weekly fam trips and networking events
* Undertake sales trips within the territory as required and determined by the annual marketing plan
* Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and contribute to the overall hotel sales strategy
* Ensure the system is updated on a regular and timely basis
About You
You have previous experience in a Corporate Sales Management role within the premium hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment. With excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth. Professional, adaptable, and client-focused, you excel at building long-term business relationships while aligning with overall business objectives.
