Overview
The QA Analyst needs to have mastery of industry typical test approaches as well as have experience architecting tailored test approaches for specific projects. Extensive skills in test automation and performance test and API/integration testing is mandatory. The QA Analyst will act in both leadership and hands-on testing capacity in large and sometimes multiple parallel project teams.
Responsibilities
* Test case design and execution
* Preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix and reports, Requirement Analysis, Design, Development of Test Scenarios and test Scripts
* Creating & maintaining automation scripts reusing the automation framework
* Working within a continuous integration/continuous delivery processes
* Query and process test data
* Working within agile software development practices
* Perform other duties as required.
Mandatory Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and a minimum of 9 years of equivalent work experience in IT.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver quality products and ensure quality is applied across all aspects of the project.
* Specialist knowledge of the quality assurance practices with agile and DevOps teams.
* Specialist knowledge of QA strategies and QA maturity levels.
* Specialist knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks.
* Working knowledge of best practice approaches to test data and environment management strategies.
* Specialist knowledge of Non-functional testing.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
