The role We are working with a large, academically ambitious secondary school with a strong pastoral structure to recruit a Pastoral Mentor. This role focuses on supporting students who need additional emotional, behavioural, or social support to fully engage with school life and learning. You’ll work closely with pastoral leaders, SEN staff, and teaching teams to provide consistent, targeted support across KS3–KS5.
