About Cera

Cera's vision is to empower people to live their best lives, in their own home, through technology, professional care, and support. Joining Cera means contributing to this vision by promoting the dignity, respect, independence, and choice of our service users, making a real difference.

We are transforming care delivery by empowering professional carers with insights and improved decision-making through innovative technology, enabling them to focus on providing excellent care.

About you:

We seek a passionate, commercially-minded nurse to support the growth and development of our Cera Branch as an extension of our family. As one of the largest service providers, we aim to bring support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue our journey as the UK's fastest-growing technology-enabled care provider.

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader who adopts a people-first and commercial approach, enjoys building successful teams in partnership with local authorities, and developing high-performing, compliant branches aligned with wider Cera teams.

Responsibilities:

* Adopt a Carer-first approach, continually improving how we administer and deliver care in communities.
* Oversee the creation of individualised, person-centred support packages to meet the outcomes for service users, carers, and authorities.
* Review and amend service packages collaboratively with branch staff and central teams.
* Evaluate service goals and quality objectives regularly, implementing improvements where needed.
* Maintain accurate, legible records to monitor support quality and meet regulatory standards through regular audits.
* Oversee the implementation and compliance with Cera policies and procedures, taking corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and Cera requirements across all reportable areas.
* Manage branch operations to meet standards set by the Regional Director and Quality & Compliance team within budget parameters.
* Partner with Finance and Operations teams to monitor expenditure and maintain budgets.
* Develop effective relationships with Business Development teams and Local Authorities to secure new contracts and support packages.
* Participate actively in the Skills for Care Managers Network to enhance industry profile.
* Hold regular stakeholder meetings to discuss developments, opportunities, and expectations.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in a regulated care environment is essential.
* RQF Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
* Preferably a Registered Nurse or similar role to support complex packages, but this is not mandatory.
* A leader capable of managing a team and overseeing budgets.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and domiciliary care setting.
* Experience supporting service users with additional or complex needs.
* A passionate leader committed to delivering high-quality care.

Benefits:

* Career development opportunities within a fast-growing company.
* Join a hardworking team utilizing technology to improve home care in the UK.
* Competitive salary with On-Call included.

Additional Perks:

* NVQ and in-house training for your role and career growth.
* Access to the We Care employee benefits platform with discounts and cashback.
* Employee Assistance Programme.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Paid DBS/PVG checks.
* Paid SSSC registration and qualifications.
* Refer a Friend scheme.
* Company tech including mobile phones.
* Company pension scheme.
