About this role and you:
Reporting to Brand Flagship Manager we're looking for a determined and enthusiastic Store Manager with a real passion for our brand.
This role will effectively drive forward store performance whilst being a key advocate for what a great customer experience should feel like, helping the store become and remain a "go-to destination", synonymous with great product and great service, embedding our brand guidelines and core values into how the team operate. In doing so this role will ensure that the team are fully engaged and aware of their own commitments towards this common goal.

You will naturally and intrinsically be a key brand ambassador and advocate for who we are as well as demonstrating our core values in your own choices and ideals, mixed with someone that can sell with ease rather than force.

About your key responsibilities:
We are looking for our new Store Manager to
* Develop in-store initiatives to drive sales
* Coach and lead the store team to deliver a flawless customer experience
* Drive the team to exceed sales targets and KPI's
* Ensure store standards are maintained, and floor layout meets brand guidelines
* Encourage and coach team to become brand ambassadors
* Work as part of a team, under pressure, all with a can-do attitude
* Embrace a more relaxed environment, without relaxing the standards.
About your skills and knowledge:
This position would suit an individual who;
* 2 years' experience of working in a Manager role within a retail environment
Customer focussed
* Sales and target driven whilst not compromising on service
* Commercial in your approach
* Demonstrate a confident and clear communication style, able to adapt to your audience
Excellent organisational and time management skills (including the ability to prioritise and multi-task and handle time-sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment).
* Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal with the ability to create and manage communication content for multiple audiences and the confidence to deliver to board level and external stakeholders.
Hours & Rota
* This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
* The role follows a 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, which includes weekend and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
