What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating and registering new buyer and seller leads. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion. Providing regular feedback to clients and maintaining strong relationships. Working towards and exceeding sales targets. Keeping up-to-date with local market conditions and property values. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential sales is highly desirable. Alternatively, strong experience in a target-driven sales role with transferable skills and a genuine interest in property. A proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual with a real passion for the property industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Smart, well-presented, and articulate. Ability to deliver a first-class experience for all clients. A full UK driving license is essential. Local knowledge of the Swanley area is helpful.
