Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Gillingham, Dorset. As a key member of our warehouse department, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an instrumental role in the logistics and operations of our facility.
* Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and correct labeling.
* Conducting inventory records and stock checks using the Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP).
* Following all site‑specific safety protocols, including the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Who You Are
* A strong communicator, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* A current forklift license is preferred but not essential.
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with computerized stock control systems is an advantage but not essential.
* A good work ethic, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
