Hiring: Deputy Manager – Nursing Home Location: Southampton Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 (DOE) We’re recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join the leadership team of a specialist care home in Southampton, supporting adults with complex neurological, physical, and mental health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically qualified leader who can drive quality, inspire teams, and provide visible, values-led leadership.
