Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an Industrialisation Engineer to develop and improve production tools and manufacturing processes. The role operates within a fast paced manufacturing environment, providing effective production support.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and optimise tooling and manufacturing processes for metallic systems
* Support industrialisation of new products and continuous improvement of existing production
* Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, SOPs and engineering standards (including 5S)
* Resolve production issues using RCCA and data-driven improvement techniques
* Manage suppliers and assess cost-effective manufacturing and tooling solutions
Skills & Experience
* Experience creating manufacturing sequences for multi-level assemblies
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience using MRP systems
* Ability to use cost data to support decision-making
Desirable:
* Welding and non-destructive testing experience
* Project management experience (e.g. MS Project)
* Make vs buy analysis experience
Education
* Degree in an engineering/science discipline or equivalent experience
