We are looking for a Dual Registered Manager to manage two residential services for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Dual RM responsibilities include: •The daily running of the two homes •Staff management •Budgets •Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times •Compliance with all current legislation relating To be considered for the role you will have: •A good track record with Ofsted •An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted •Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership Management / ILM Level 5 •Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
