The Role – Planner
You’ll join an established and skilled team, supporting either the Civil Engineering division or the Build division. Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with tender teams to demonstrate logistics and establish optimum build sequences
* Preparing tender programmes with supporting graphics and pricing associated preliminaries
* Attending meetings and tender interviews, contributing to presentations
* Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and produce accurate assessments
* Assessing programme impacts of variations and changes
The Right Person
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Asta Powerproject, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Industry qualification (ONC/HNC, BEng, NVQ or equivalent experience)
* Demonstrated construction knowledge and planning experience across multiple projects
* Ideally located within reasonable travel distance of Northampton
