Responsibilities:
* Act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating knowledge, courtesy, outgoing personality, determination, and eagerness to learn
* Lead and develop a team of skilled Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts personnel
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Manage productive activities through strict performance indicators and profit margins
* Monitor expenses and produce daily/weekly activity and financial reports
* Provide guidance and training to improve team performance, ensuring staff perform their roles effectively and confidently, fostering teamwork
