The successful candidate will work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver dynamic lessons and promote positive behaviour management. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general classroom support to facilitate daily activities
* Collaborate with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging and tailored lessons
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils
* Support classroom management and behaviour strategies
* Assist with individual, group, and class activities to improve learning outcomes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, particularly supporting Foundation Phase pupils
* Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
* Ability to create an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere
* Flexibility and reliability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
