Salary - Up to £41,000 per annum
Schedule - Full Time
Experience - Previous experience within a Michelin star restaurant or similar style
From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragn Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking Senior Chef de Parties to be part of Legadoa brand new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch.

Legado New Opening
Legado, meaning legacy in Spanish will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food. With over two decades of experience leading Spanish cuisine in London, Chef Nieves is bringing her vision to life at Legado, a celebration of Spains regional culinary heritage.
Legado will open summer 2025 in Montacute Yards, just off Shoreditch High Street.
The Position
We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

* Prior experience as a Senior Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
* Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
* A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
* Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
