About The Role
Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Distribution Support Executive to join our Gloucester office.
What you’ll be doing
* CRM Reporting & Insights - Assist in producing reporting, dashboards, and insights to track broker engagement and behavior, campaign activity and identifying areas for improvement.
* Sales and Distribution Enablement - Drive the delivery and upkeep of sales enablement tools, content, and platforms while serving as the primary contact for Broker Distribution support.
* Best Practice Development & Training - Support delivery of best practice training and onboarding to ensure the sales and underwriting teams are equipped with the appropriate capabilities.
* Strategic Relationship Support - Provide operational support to strategic relationships, including pack production, performance analysis and tender support.
What you’ll need to have
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and numerous skills.
* Commercial understanding and awareness.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

* Knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
* Insurance or Financial Services experience.
