Based in Sheffield S1 area, our well established client is on the look out for a 'Planned Works Administrator'.
Information on the role:
* Temporary administrative support for our clients Planned Maintenance and Compliance Team.
* The position will be 3 months initially, but maybe extended depending on the workload of the team.
Our client is needing someone who has a knowledge of;
* Basic maintenance admin/industry experience
* Property compliance admin/industry experience
* Experience/history with recording data
* Chasing up suppliers for certification
The preferred candidate in question would be someone who has been a Property/Estates Administrator or worked in a maintenance helpdesk function.
Other information:
* Working Week: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
* Working Hours: 09.00am - 5.30pm
* Hourly Rate: £11.45 per hour
* Duration: 3 months minimum
* Location: Sheffield S1 Area
