Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will also be responsible for:
* Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
* Advising on and negotiating landlord and tenant agreements.
* Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
* Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents and contracts.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial property matters. You will also have the following skills:
* Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload.
* Possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be commercially astute and client-focused.
* Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
