Ready to start your Joules journey? Step into the role of Assistant Creative Concept Designer at Joules Head Office. You will be part of a dynamic, hard-working, collaborative and inspirational team creating and bringing product to market season after season for our iconic British brand. You will have the opportunity to work with our Founder, Tom Joule, and his Senior Team to share knowledge and build cross-collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities
* Under the guidance of senior team members, support the creative concept response to briefs for Seasonal Campaigns. Explore mood, colour, print, typography and layout. For retail, look at windows displays, title lockups and look and feel for POS, social and digital. For wholesale, create visual displays for product/theme focus areas, title lockups, key prints, envoy and POS.
* Support the delivery of concept direction for a wide range of Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale and product/packaging briefs.
* Support in the delivery of creative asset packs for rollout to the creative delivery team.
* Continually strive to improve the overall look and feel of creative across multiple channels.
* Create mood content to be used by various channels (social, photography, marketing).
* Support in creating cohesive, clear and well-presented projects.
* Admin support for the team.
* Artworking support for the Creative Delivery Team when required.
* Gather and organise competitor research.
About You
From a technical and operational perspective, it would be advantageous if you:
* BA (Hons) Design/Graphics degree (or related subject) or equivalent experience.
* An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator) & Microsoft Office.
* An understanding of Colour, Typography and Layout.
* Strong graphic design skills.
* Organisational skills.
* Good collaboration and communication skills.
* The ability to manage your time effectively, making multi-tasking your second nature.

Where will you be working?
This is a full-time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The role is office-based, onsite 5 days per week, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together.
