Product Solutions Engineer
European Tech Recruit are working closely with an exciting scaling security semicon company who are looking for an experienced Product Solutions Engineer to join their team.
In this role you would serve as the technical bridge between customers and the company, supporting secure digital infrastructure solutions for semiconductors and software. This includes leading customer engagements, delivering demos and proof-of-concepts, providing technical guidance, and fostering strong long-term relationships.
Requirements:
1. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of networking, secure communications, encryption, and IT infrastructure. Able to discuss architectures with both engineers and senior decision-makers.
2. Customer-Facing Background: Experience in pre-sales engineering, post-sales support, or solution consulting for complex hardware/software products.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret customer requirements, design appropriate technical solutions, and clearly articulate associated security advantages.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
