These settings operate across multiple sites (Redhill, Smallfield, Caterham and Effingham) and offer a highly integrated approach to education, care and therapy for children and young people with complex needs. This is a senior leadership role with real scope to shape provision and drive standards across all sites. The Role As Regional Principal, you'll have overall responsibility for performance, quality, financial stability and future growth across the schools. You'll lead established senior teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality education and care, while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes for pupils.
