Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Bangor
A well-established and respected law firm in Bangor is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its busy and friendly property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced conveyancing environment and supporting fee earners across a varied residential property caseload.
The Role
You will provide full secretarial support to fee earners within the residential conveyancing department, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Preparing contract packs and completion statements
* Opening and closing client files
* Handling client enquiries and liaising with solicitors, estate agents and lenders
* Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
* Assisting with Land Registry and SDLT documentation
* General administrative support to the conveyancing team
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing/property law
* Strong typing and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator with strong client care skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy legal environment
