The role – Backshift Production / Operations Team Leader
You will have a varied role and will be responsible for ensuring product throughput and quality are maintained for a range of drinks products. Your duties and responsibilities will include;
* Operating and managing the operation of production machinery to meet company production throughput requirements
* Monitor and control the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running of production equipment
* Recruitment, mentoring and development of operational / production staff
* Ensure production throughput meets company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost
* Ensure production throughput meets company, client and regulatory requirements
* Store goods and raw materials safely
* Ensure all works are undertaken effectively and to meet all relevant Health and Safety requirements
* Assist all stakeholder groups in relation to company continuous improvement activities
