Overview

As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. Based at our Bournemouth corporate office, the Cleaning Operative will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for both tenants and visitors. This role is part-time, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 13:00-17:00. Flexibility may occasionally be required to provide cover during team holidays or absences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
* Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
* Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
* Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
* Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
* A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
* Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
* Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
