Job Title: Project Manager (Construction) Location: St Albans (Office-Based) with Site Visits (London & Surrounding Areas) Salary: £75,000 Per Annum Package The Role: * Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. * Overseeing fit-out, refurbishment, and extension projects across commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors. * Liaising with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. * Leading project planning, procurement, and cost control activities. * Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations. * Coordinating M&E packages in collaboration with the Building Services team. * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management and clients. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within the fit-out, refurbishment, or extension sector. * Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and site coordination. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects to a high standard. * Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software. * Full driving licence (site visits required across London & surrounding areas).
