IT Support Engineer, 2nd/3rd Line

Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to work across a wide range of technologies, supporting diverse clients in both cloud and on-premise environments.
IT Support Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1st to 3rd line technical support across servers, networks, desktops, and cloud systems.
* Respond to tickets, calls, and emails using RMM tools and professional service platforms.
* Troubleshoot issues in Office 365, Windows Server, networking, backup, and virtualisation environments.
* Perform hardware builds, installations, audits, and on-site visits as required.
* Support disaster recovery and business continuity services with confidence and clarity.
* Maintain high levels of documentation, communication, and client satisfaction.
IT Support Engineer - Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, ideally within an MSP setting.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure.
* Solid understanding of networking principles: VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT.
* Familiarity with backup solutions, VoIP systems, and virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-first mindset.
* Professionalism, strong time management, and clear communication are essential.
* Clean UK Driver's License
