The role:
1. Be the main point of contact for your key accounts – developing and managing your customer base
2. Building and strengthening client relationships
3. Resolving any issues/queries in a timely and effective manner
4. Proactively reaching out to key accounts for regular updates
5. Communicate the full product portfolio to customers with the view to generate profitable sales
6. Achieve and monitor your own KPI’s
7. Identify new business opportunities
8. Work with other departments to ensure a smooth journey from quote to installation
9. Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets
10. Develop new business within your accounts at other locations across the UK
11. Producing quotes
12. Processing orders
13. Ensuring customer satisfaction
The successful candidate:
14. Experience in account management and building/developing relationships
15. Confident on the telephone
16. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
17. Attention to detail
18. Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
