A fantastic new opportunity for a Framework Manager with a Project Management background to lead a portfolio of engineering projects across the central region. You'll lead a talented team of project delivery specialist, ensuring programme, designs and commercials are managed across the portfolio in the region, to ensure our continued success and future growth.

The Role
Tendering, management, and delivery of secured works and growth of our Capital Frameworks within the Water Industry in the Midlands.
Work with the Project, Commercial, Design, Programme, Engineering, & Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineers and Project Managers within your team
Becoming the established first point of contact for our clients.
Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients' Senior Managers.
Delivering a first-class service to clients and implementing actions through the team to excel in KPIs or other client metrics.
Responsible for P&L, forecast, resourcing, KPI reporting and programme management
Training and career development opportunities
Management reporting and leading client framework / contract meetings
What You'll Need
To be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project and P6.
A proven track record in Project/Frameworks Management
To hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts
To have management experience and ideally a technical understanding of construction in the Water Industry
