Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role offers career development opportunities within a thriving retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers entering the store.
* Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor, ensuring product availability.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
* Drive sales, aiming to meet and exceed targets, by utilising the in‑store devices and offering the full product range.
* Provide alternatives and upsell at every opportunity, contributing to overall sales growth.
* Replenish stock levels promptly, ensuring the full-size range is displayed wherever possible.
* Ensure accurate product pricing and support fellow staff by deputising when needed.
* Represent JD Sports in a professional manner at all times, conducting work safely and responsibly.
